Answers before you book.

Every pickup has a $50 booking fee plus $5 per knife. The $50 is a separate base fee, not a credit toward knives. Ten standard knives cost $100 total: $50 at booking and $50 after we confirm the count at pickup. Pickup and return delivery are included.

We serve commercial kitchens only — restaurants, caterers, and food-service operators. We are not offering residential service at launch.

You choose a pickup window, not an exact appointment time. Several restaurants may share a window on our route.

New bookings and rescheduled pickups need at least 48 hours' notice.

Next-day delivery when available, or within 48 hours of pickup. Our team confirms your actual delivery window before we notify you. Specialty work awaiting your approval may have a revised turnaround.

Choose weekly, every two weeks, monthly, or a custom schedule. You pay the same rates per pickup — there's no flat monthly fee or contract. Recurring clients get polishing and handle care included as needed.

We accept all knives. Some specialty knives may need an upcharge. We'll ask for your approval by text or email before any specialty work begins — no response means no extra work and no extra charge.

With at least 24 hours' notice before your window starts, your $50 fee transfers to another eligible window. With less than 24 hours' notice, or if knives aren't available at pickup, the $50 is nonrefundable.
